“General Systems” reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to incorrect pricing or stock unavailability.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refunds and returns are governed by the individual policies of the third-party vendors. “General Systems” is not responsible for handling returns or issuing refunds unless stated otherwise.

Disputes regarding Products must be resolved directly with the vendor, although “General Systems” may facilitate communications when appropriate.

10. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must ensure that all Products listed on the Marketplace comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.

Vendors are responsible for fulfilling customer orders, providing accurate product descriptions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

12. Termination of Use
